me and Andrew became friends his freshman year. I chose him to be my little brother in band simply to protect the dude from anyone that could possibly hurt him throughout his freshman year. he made it extremely easy to include him in all activities because where I thought people would be hurtful to him, he was too kind to ever let that be allowed. I remember picking him up with the drumline guys and going to McDonalds, for ice cream, or just to hang out with us. The boy never allowed me to be sad around him. Senior year, we didnt make it to the next round after districts, I remember him standing next to me as the results were announced and everyone, including myself was upset but Andrew just gave me a hug when he understood that i was down and he fixed the problem instantly By just being himself. He used to kick my butt in Call Of Duty and then tell me I let him win but in reality he was much better than me. Andrew was a very skilled little guy that had My heart from day one.
The below picture is on his 21st birthday in Austin after his family moved. We had such an excellent time together no matter what the situation was. I know he had a lot of love for me and I will miss the man dearly.
Thank you Andrew for being the best version of yourself every single day. You were truly an inspiration.
Love you buddy,
