Andrew was always such a bright part of Nebbie Williams Elementary School! Garrett loved being his helper for many years in his class, and was excited when he got invited to his birthday party! But nothing was better than when Andrew was crowned Homecoming King his Senior Year! Oh, that smile was bright that night!
